
Project Overview
The Exclusively Orgill project focused on designing and revitalizing private label logos and packaging to align with market trends and customer expectations. Our approach included in-depth market research and analysis of trends across various product categories, ensuring the new designs were competitive and appealing. The project involved launching approximately 8,000 new products under multiple brand names, each tailored to meet specific market needs.
This work also required close collaboration with numerous factories in Asia and Mexico to ensure product quality, consistency, and timely delivery. In addition to packaging design, we developed a wide range of collateral, including print and digital materials, to support the launches. A new trade show floor design was created to showcase the expanded product lines, providing an engaging and immersive experience for attendees. Monthly email campaigns were also launched for B2B customers, keeping them updated on the latest product offerings and promotions. These products are now available in hardware stores across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, expanding Orgill’s market presence and strengthening relationships with retail partners.
