Overview


In my prior position, most content was managed by account managers, which presented challenges in terms of budget, goal alignment, content placement, and the creation of unique, engaging material. The absence of organic content further hindered efforts to build a genuine connection with the audience and achieve long-term growth. Recognizing these challenges, a strategic approach was developed to enhance the social media presence for sales and events, focusing on showcasing offerings, engaging with the audience, and optimizing content for growth.

The social media strategy the team utilized included continuous monitoring of ad performance to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments. A detailed target analysis was conducted and monitored daily throughout each campaign to ensure optimal audience reach and engagement. To encourage the creation of more organic content, private groups were established on Facebook, enabling employees to contribute photos, videos, and ideas. This initiative fostered a collaborative environment and provided authentic content that resonated with the audience, enhancing overall social media engagement and visibility.

From a personal perspective, social media should complement all other marketing efforts and consistently align with established brand standards. A/B testing is an essential tool to evaluate content performance and refine strategies for maximum impact. It is important to ensure that weak content and personal opinions do not overshadow the primary marketing goals. Setting clear objectives before approaching content creation is crucial to maintaining focus and achieving measurable success.
